Melinda Merideth
President & Chief Financial Officer
Melinda Merideth joined Kirkpatrick Oil Company in 2022 as President & Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Merideth has more than eighteen years of experience in accounting, finance, corporate development and risk management. She began her career with KPMG, serving domestic and international clients in a range of industries. Ms. Merideth comes to Kirkpatrick Oil Company with more than eleven years of experience in the oil and gas industry, most recently at Canvas Energy. She is a graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. Ms. Merideth is a Certified Public Accountant and currently serves as a member of the Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma.

Alison Cadena
Vice President – Land & Acquisitions
Alison Cadena joined Kirkpatrick Oil Company in 2008 and currently serves as Vice President – Land & Acquisitions. Her career at Kirkpatrick encompasses training across all facets of land work while being exposed to activities in other departments. Ms. Cadena graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in 2007. She is currently a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen (OCAPL), the Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma, and ADAM-OKC.

Nichole Jeffcoat
Vice President - Geology & Acquisitions
Nichole Jeffcoat joined Kirkpatrick Oil Company in 2009 and currently serves as Vice President - Geology & Acquisitions. Ms. Jeffcoat has over 15 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry throughout the Mid-Continent as well as the Permian and Williston Basins, with responsibilities ranging from geologist to log analyst and reservoir engineering. She has worked on a broad spectrum of exploration and development projects for Schlumberger, SandRidge Energy, and Kirkpatrick Oil Company. Ms. Jeffcoat graduated from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology in 2001. She also holds a Master of Arts degree in Science Education obtained in 2003. She is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG), the Oklahoma City Geological Society (OCGS), and the Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma. She currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of the Mid-Continent Geological Library.
